Revisions
You review it and tell us what to change — 2–3 full rounds of revisions are included free until it feels right.
Handoff
Pay the remaining $250 and everything is yours: all files plus simple instructions to put it live wherever you host.

The founders
Two students. One mission.
Coal Creek Studio was started by Maxim Shakhnazarov and Jooan Kong — two 16-year-old high school students from Newcastle who grew up building things on the internet. We noticed local businesses paying agency prices for template websites, or skipping the web entirely, and figured we could do better.
A century ago, this town was built by people who dug value out of Coal Creek. We're carrying that on with keyboards instead of pickaxes. When you work with us, there's no account manager and no runaround — you talk directly to the two people designing and building your site. We answer texts fast, we take feedback well, and we genuinely care whether your business does better after launch, because our reputation in this town is everything we have.

What do I need to have ready before we start?
Just your logo (if you have one), any photos you want on the site, and the basics — your services, hours, and contact info. Don't have photos or a logo? We'll work with what you've got and point you to simple options.
Who pays for the domain and hosting?
You do — and that's a good thing, because it means you own them, not us. A domain runs about $10–15/year and basic hosting a few dollars a month. We'll tell you exactly what to buy and include step-by-step instructions to put your site live when we hand it off.
How long does it take?
Most sites are ready in 2–4 weeks from the day we start, depending on how big it is and how quickly you can give feedback during revision rounds.
What counts as a revision round?
One round = you send us a list of everything you'd like changed, and we make all of it. You get 2–3 full rounds free, which is almost always enough to get it exactly right.
What if I need changes after handoff?
The $500 covers everything up to handoff. If you need updates later — new pages, new photos, a seasonal change — just text us and we'll give you a small fixed quote before doing anything. No surprises, ever.
